Category: General Updates

It’s no secret how badly our rural QLD areas are struggling at the moment with the ongoing Drought they are having to endure. It’s time we all lend a hand.

For the rest of 2019, the Ezy Group will be supporting SuperPro and Fulcrum Suspensions with their goal to raise $5000 for Rural Aid. We will be selling the Superpro’s Polyroos pictured above for $3 each

About Rural Aid

Rural Aid provide a holistic support program to rural Australia raising money & resources through multiple campaigns.

Rural Aid was founded in 2015 to provide a holistic support program to rural Australia. The starting point for the charity was the success of the Buy a Bale campaign, which Australians have generously donated to allowing the distribution of fodder, hampers and more. In 2018 Rural Aid embarked on the development of a specialised counselling program, 100% fully funded to support rural communities.

Weather events such as drought, fires and cyclones mean that there is even more call for our services. We have a number of programs designed with rebuilding and repairing in mind. These include the Farm Rescue and Farm Army programs seeing thousands of volunteers give their time to support rural communities, the Gift of Music bringing the joy of music to the bush and counsellors helping reduce stress, domestic violence, and suicide in rural communities. Let’s help support our mates in Rural Queensland. We’re all in this together. Because when a drought, flood or fire impacts farmers, it affects all of us! Farmers provide 93% of Australia’s daily domestic food supply.
